Refund policy

  • Eligibility for Returns

    • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

    • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible.

    • Some items (e.g. personal-use accessories) may be non-returnable if opened.

  • How to Initiate a Return

    • Contact our customer service at:

    • Provide your order number, return reason, and photos if applicable.

    • Our team will guide you on where and how to send the item. 

  • Refund Process

    • After inspection and approval, refunds are issued:

      • For online payments: back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

      • For Cash on Delivery: via bank transfer or store credit.

    • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless due to damaged or incorrect items. 

  • Return Shipping Costs

    • Customer covers return shipping, except in cases of damage or wrong item received.

  • Exchanges

    • Exchanges follow the return process first; once approved, you can place a new order.

  • Non‑returnable Items

    • Clearance/final sale/promotional products (unless defective).

    • Customized or personalized items.
